A bail bond amount has been established, and it's time to determine who will act as the Indemnitor (co-signer). This person is critical in this process and must meet basic financial standards. 5) Freedom
The Bail Bondsman meets with the County Commissioners' Office to issue our 'Power,' the term used for our guaranteed payment for the total amount of the bail bond in Maryland, backed by our Surety Company.
